    1. Sabía lo que compraba, el libro tiene un par de capítulos útiles, el resto es paja. Todos los libros que escribe este Sr. son iguales, lo único que cambia es el título.Uno es una copia del otro, si alguien busca algo entendible y un buen libro sobre la técnica yo no lo recomiendo. Corro y práctico Tai Chi.He leído Caminar Chi y otro libro que tiene este Sr que me parece que el título es Correr Chi.


    2. Me ha gustado porque habla de la habilidad del correr espiritualmente, no tan técnica como nos tienen acostumbrados. Es una disciplina, una forma de vida, constante y profunda, que nos puede valer para entrenar la mente, más que el cuerpo. Explica genialmente su técnica. Me ha encantado su visión de entrenamiento. Defiitivamente lo aconsejo a las personas que se toman en serio seguir corriendo de por vida.


    3. Me gusta su enfoque aunque se me hizo largo pues tengo dos libros mas de este autor y se repite en muchas cosas. creo que esta muy interesante para modificar errores y ganar en salud .
